Almost all of our work on this site is focused on the way of inner work and soul healing.
However, we have sometimes written about practices that go “beyond” internal work.
Some of these articles focus on cleansing the mind and body on an energetic level. Others focus on more esoteric topics. Others are simply out of curiosity and a desire to share what we have learned on our inner journeys.
